Standards are sometimes referred to as

Adherence to the architectural standards helps to protect the value of the properties by maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the neighborhood and common areas throughout our Timber Banks community.  

If you would like to make any improvements to the outside of your property [patio, deck, walkway, play set, etc.], please submit an application.
