ASC-Architectural Request Forms

Standards are sometimes referred to as

ASC [Architectural Standards Committee]

Adherence to the architectural standards helps to protect the value of the properties by maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the neighborhood and common areas throughout our Timber Banks community.

If you would like to make any improvements to your property [patio, walkway, etc.], please print the appropriate form, complete and send the form and any required additional materials to the HOA Board at:

If you would like to send the information via email IN ADDITION to the printed material, all information must be in pdf form. The Committee will review submitted applications upon receipt of completed documents.
